Gregg showed up on time, and identified the real issue with my leaking unit right away. You can tell he is not your normal AC technician. He is one of the most knowledgeable ones I have ever met - an impression I got within the first 10 minutes I met him, and an impression I hold after he finished the job. He is open, straightforward, and truly has his customer in mind when he tried to fix your problem. He delivered when the previous company I hired failed - my leaking unit was serviced by another company two days ago. They told me that I had a leaking coil, suggested to replace it. I asked whether they can fill up the freon so that I might get a few months or a year of life out of my unit, they did that without guarantee, which was fine by me. However, after they filled up the refrigerant, they did not even check to make sure there was no leaking at the valve where they injected the refrigerant. That's exactly what happened. Less than two days later, the whole refrigerant was gone. I spent a bunch of money for nothing but more hassle. By the way, their price was much higher than Gregg's. I am so happy that I found Gregg. I sure will go back to him for all my future needs of heating and cooling, and I think you should give him a try as well.
